1General Terms & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to the 44 TK platform (https://44tk.app) and its associated mobile applications. 44 TK is an online Sports Betting and casino gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

3Deposit & Payment Policy

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Winnings derived from a bonus are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• 44 TK reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

44 TK regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before accepting. By claiming a bonus, you automatically agree to the applicable terms.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only.
• The wagering requirement for a bonus is generally 30–40 times the bonus amount.

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Strategic betting to circumvent bonus terms (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software.
• Money laundering or transacting funds from illegal sources.
• Fraudulent activity against other members.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.

8Account Closure & Suspension

44 TK reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close accounts under certain circumstances. Members may also request account closure at any time.

• In the event of a breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• In cases of identity verification failure or submission of false information.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• If deemed necessary under the Responsible Betting policy.

In the event of permanent account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded; however, balances may be forfeited if the closure is due to a rule violation.

9Limitation of Liability

The 44 TK platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 44 TK is not liable for any service disruptions caused by technical issues, internet outages, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

• 44 TK is not responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• 44 TK's liability is limited in cases of software errors from third-party game providers.
• 44 TK is not responsible for issues caused by the member's own device or network.
